You will receive your order in four to seven business days from the date your order was placed. For earlier delivery, we'll be happy to expedite your shipping. Rates are as follows:
Two business days via FedEx = $20
Overnight via FedEx = $30
(FedEx does not ship to a P.O. Box)
For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 11am PT. Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 11am PT through Friday 11am PT will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 11am PT and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or to PO boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii or APO addresses, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service.
Please note: order processing at Lavender Natural Beauty takes place from Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
SHIPPING ADDRESS OPTIONS
Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address. Either option may be selected when you add an item to your shopping bag. If you've registered with us, we can also save additional addresses for you—just sign in to your account before proceeding to checkout.
We will accept returns for any unopened & unused LavenderNaturalBeauty.com products upon receiving your items within 30 days of the order placement date. An online store credit will be issued to your account for the purchase price of returns (not including shipping & handling). The online store credit for your returned items may not be exchanged for cash. Please make sure to enter all information, including your e-mail address and/or login information. FAILURE TO ENTER INFORMATON CORRECTLY COULD JEOPARDIZE YOUR RIGHT TO A STORE CREDIT.
It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. If you have any questions about your return, please contact customer service at info@LavenderNaturalBeauty.com. We regret that we are unable to accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days after order placement date.
RETURNING AN ORDER TO OUR STORE
Visit Lavender Natural Beauty and return your purchase within 30 days of order placement date. Please bring the item and the enclosed Packing Slip and Merchandise Return Form that you received with the original shipment. We will assist you at our store.
EXCHANGES
Please note that we do not offer online exchanges for returned products at this time. You may return the unused item by shipping carrier and use the online credit to purchase another item or visit our store to exchange an unopened product.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE RETURN
LavenderNaturalBeauty.com will gladly accept the return of any product that was damaged in transit, within 30 days from the order placement date and will replace your order with the same product, if in stock, or by issuing a store credit if your product is out of stock. A copy of the original invoice and the unopened/unused product must be sent to us for processing and replacement. Since we cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in shipping, we recommend that you use a form of shipment that provides tracking of your return package (UPS, FedEx etc).

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders received before 12:00 noon Pacific Standard Time are shipped the same day. All other orders are sent by end of next business day. Your shipping charges will be calculated and added to your total at check-out per FedEx shipping rates for the delivery method you select. Legal requirements in the United States prohibit air shipment of products containing alcohol. Therefore, LavenderNaturalBeauty.com uses FedEx Ground shipping for all such products. These products include fragrances and aerosols.
Free Shipping with orders of $100.00 or more excluding taxes, discounts and credits. Free shipping is FedEx Ground within the continental United States.
BACK ORDERS
Occasionally certain products will be on back order. In these instances, we will contact you and issue
a credit to your account.
LOST SHIPMENTS
LavenderNaturalBeauty.com retains receipts on all orders shipped out to customers. Due to circumstances beyond our control and due to no fault of LavenderNaturalBeauty.com, there may be occasions where an order may be lost in transit. In such cases, we will replace your order free of charge as soon as we verify that the package got lost.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is refused or fails to be accepted for any reason, there will be a 25% restocking fee plus actual freight charges incurred.
